How long before rankings improve?

It depends on what condition your site is in right now. Sites with serious technical problems take longer to show results because the foundation needs fixing before anything else can work. If your site is technically sound and you are starting from a reasonable base, three to four months is a realistic timeframe to see meaningful movement. If you are starting from zero or recovering from a penalty, plan for six months before the trajectory becomes obvious. We tell you at the discovery call what a realistic timeline looks like for your specific situation.

What makes you different from other SEO agencies?

We do not run the same playbook for every client. Most agencies have a standard set of deliverables they apply regardless of what the site actually needs. We start with the site as it exists, identify the specific combination of problems blocking performance, and work through those in priority order. We also tell you when something does not need to be done, which is rare but saves money when it applies.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. Search engines control what ranks. We control the quality and completeness of the work we do. What we guarantee is that the work is done properly, delivered on time, and documented so you can see exactly what was done and why. We have never had a client whose rankings moved backward from work we did.

Can I start with one service and expand?

Yes. Many clients start with the Site Performance service to fix technical issues, or with the Competitor Intelligence service to understand the landscape before committing to a full campaign. There is no pressure to start with a full retainer. If you want to test the work before expanding, that is a completely normal path.

What access do you need?

At minimum, read access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics. For on-page and technical work, CMS access is helpful but we can produce implementation guides for your developer instead. We do not need payment credentials or admin access to anything unrelated to SEO.

How does billing work for ongoing retainers?

Monthly billing via Stripe. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. The month you cancel is billed in full. There are no setup fees and no contracts beyond the first month commitment on the Warlock and Archmage plans.
