REFUND POLICY

One-off projects

Full refund if cancelled before work begins (within 24 hours of payment). Once work has started, the refund is proportional to work not yet completed.

Retainer plans

Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice. The current month is billed in full regardless of when within the month you cancel. No refunds for months already commenced.

Quality issues

If delivered work does not meet the agreed scope, contact us within 7 days at hello@seowarlocks.com. We will review and, as appropriate, redo the work or issue a partial refund. We do not issue refunds based on ranking outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control including search engine algorithm changes and competitor activity.
