How it works
Competitor Intelligence is a standalone analysis service. It does not involve any optimisation work on your site. Its purpose is to give you a clear, data-backed picture of the competitive SEO landscape for your target market before you decide how and where to invest. The analysis covers five or more direct competitors across three dimensions: keyword profile (what they rank for, which terms they have recently gained or lost, where the gap opportunities are relative to your current ranking profile), link profile (their domain authority, the types of sites linking to them, how many links you need to close the gap for specific target terms), and content strategy (what content formats are driving their organic performance, what topics they have established authority in, and where your site has a genuine opportunity to outrank them). The output is a strategic briefing document, not a data dump. It tells you what we found, what it means, and what the most logical SEO priorities are based on the competitive landscape. Many clients use this as a starting point before committing to a full retainer, because it gives them an independent view of what is actually required to compete.
